There is no event too big or too small for our team to arrange; with options to suit every corporate event, any number of people and most importantly every budget!

We link with lots of different venues nearby to provide meeting rooms and conferences, with or without teambuilding activities.

Many companies are choosing to expand their conferences by adding teambuilding activities, making unique and memorable days for their staff. They can also act as an incentive to ensure good attendance to the meeting/conference.

Small budgets can be catered for very well. Businesses with only a small number of employees can find the cost of hiring venues expensive, but we have some good affordable options. We have options for larger companies and have catered for 120 people.

Informal Meetings/Conferences

Our office meeting room suitable for small meetings and conferences

Our Office - We have a small meeting room in our offices which can cater for up to 8 adults. It's a small meeting room ideal for companies who just need an hour or two away from their own workplace. We can add on activities, lunch at the local Inn and transport.

Country Inn - can be hired for meetings and conferences

The Country Inn - we link with a nice country inn 2 minutes up the road from our centre and they have a lovely large conservatory room which we can hire for meetings. It can cater for a large number of people. We can add on lunch there and then maybe some activities in the afternoon.

Community Centre rooms of various sizes for meetings and conferences

Local Community Centres - within 10 minutes drive from our centre is a local community centre with rooms available to hire of various sizes, which can include facilities such as an overhead projector.


Formal Meetings/Conferences

Conferencing centre - various size rooms for your conference or meeting

Local Conference Centre - a short drive from us is a privately run small conference centre with easy access from main roads. It has rooms of various sizes and can provide lunch. A formal setting for those important meetings and events.

Theatre style conferencing and meeting room

Hotels - there are a number of various hotels within easy reach of our centre, the closest is only 10 minutes drive away. They range from 3* hotels to luxury 5* hotels in Cardiff. We also link with golf resorts. Hotels are popular for overnight conferences which can be arranged with meals, activities, transport etc. Hotels are good for large groups.

Corporate events can include food options, from finger buffets to 3 course meals. We can also help with transport.

Arrive at country inn for tea/coffee. Morning corporate meeting with tea break in between. Lunch at the country inn. Short drive to our centre for Archery and Quad Biking. Arrive at hotel for tea/coffee. Morning conference with all the facilities and tea break in between. Buffet lunch at the centre. Mini bus provided for drive up to our centre for Clay Pigeon Shooting. Hire of venue, possibly a hotel in Cardiff for a day of meetings/conferencing with food, tea/coffee etc and an evening meal in the night. Following day a trip on the RIB speedboat down Cardiff Bay then Axe Throwing at our centre.
Arrive at country inn for tea/coffee. Morning corporate meeting with tea break in between. Lunch at the country inn. Short drive to our centre for Archery and Axe Throwing. Arrive at local conference centre for tea/coffee. Morning conference with all the facilities and tea break in between. Buffet lunch at the centre. Short drive up to our centre for Quad Biking and Clay Shooting. Hire of the luxury pine lodge for 1 night, including a day of meetings and 3 course meal in the evening.
